The Rules

Every Monday, one of the contestants is required to bring in a baked good into work, which can be either sweet or savory, however bakers attempting a savory dish are regarded very brave amongst the group as it is much more difficult than mixing up a few ingredients with an overdose of sugar in a bowl.
Why Mondays? Just because there is no better way to beat the Monday blues, kick off the new week and because Sunday is the only time our contestants are most likely to be house bound due to various incarnations of the wine flu, also known as "hangover" and are therefore more likely to actually produce a baked good.

Serving time is 10am during a team meeting, after which everyone is scoring the good in secret via the categories: Taste, Texture, Appearance and the newly added category Originality, with encouragement to leave a comment.

At the end of each Bake-Off round, scores are added up and the winner is revealed.
The price up for grabs for the winner is nothing less than fame and glory and of course the status and title of the Master Baker, which he owns until the end of the following round, when a new winner is announced.
